MR. JOSEPH MUNA KIMOTE
Mr. Kimote holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Moi University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Nairobi. Before joining the Board, Mr. Kimote was the General Manager at the National Social Security Fund (NSSF). He has held several other leadership positions including Director-Institutional Planning and Development, United States International University (USIU); Project Manager –USAID/EPC Trade Development Programme; and a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche. Joseph is a Full Member of the Institute of Directors of Kenya, Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) and Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM). He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Bamburi Cement Limited. He has also previously served as a Board Member National Bank of Kenya Limited, AIC Kijabe Cure International Hospital and Precious Blood Secondary School Riruta. He has undergone extensive trainings in Advanced Leadership and Corporate Governance locally and internationally.

MR. SAMUEL KAROGO NDUNG’U
Mr. Ndungu is a holder of a Master’s degree in Business Management (Finance) from the University of Nairobi, and a Boom graduate of Mangalore University, India. He has a wealth of experience in financial management and accountancy gained from serving both in public and private sectors. He has worked as an Audit Senior at WIA East Africa and with the Nyeri Water and Sewerage Company as head of Internal Audit and as Head of Finance and Administration; a position he held until January 2018. He also worked for Civicon Limited, a leading construction Company as the Chief Accountant. Mr. Ndung’u is a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya, a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPA), a Certified Public Secretary and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya(ICPSK)

MR. JOHN MATIRI
John M. Matiri holds both a Master’sin Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Horticulture from Kenyatta University. He has more than 25 years’ experience in the agriculture sector where he started off as an Agricultural Officer and rose to become an Assistant director in the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Irrigation. He later worked in the County Governments of Isiolo and Nyeri as the County Director of Agriculture and as Director of Trade and Investment respectively.He has also served as a part time lecturer in customer care and strategic planning at the – Kenya School of Government (KSG) formerly Kenya Institute of Administration (KIA), and in several projects among them; Eastern Province Horticulture Traditional Food Crops Project(EPH&TFCP), Small Holder Horticulture Project(SHOMAP)National Accelerated Agricultural Input Access Programme (NAAIAP) Decentralized Agricultural Structural Support(DASS). Mr. Matiriis a full member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM), UK; Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK) and Kenya Society of Agricultural Professionals(KESAP), and has won awards for outstanding performances in crop production from F.A.O and Kenya National World Food Committee. He has attended professional Courses in Leadership and Managementfrom the Kenya School of Government; Financial Implementation of IFAD programmes with the National Treasury, Agriculture Export Market Plan Development by Export Promotional Council and Conflict Resolution and Peace Building from the African Development Bank and the National Government.

MR. NOAH K. KOSKEI
Mr. Koskei holds an MBA (Marketing and Human Resource) from the University of Nairobi, a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Moi University. He also has a Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance (COP). Koskei has taught at Moi University for over ten years, has worked in the insurance industry, has experience in media marketing and has consulted for both the private and the public sectors..
He has attended many trainings in strategic management, human resource, marketing and research; both locally and internationally.

MR. BENARD YEGON
Mr. Yegon holds Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kenyatta University and a CPA (K). He is an active member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and the Association of Chartered Fraud Examiners (ACFE). He has over 10 years’ experience in Internal Audit. Before joining the Board He worked at the County Government of Kericho as the Chief Internal Audit and Risk Management Officer and at James Finlay Kenya as Internal Audit Manager respectively.

MR. JOHN NGETICH
Mr. Ngetich holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) (Hons) from the Mysore University, Bachelors degree of Arts in Political Science Journalism and Geography, from Karnataka University in India and a post graduate diploma from Kenya School of Law. Prior to his current position, he worked as the Board’s Chief Legal Officer. He has 10 years’ experience in legal matters. Before joining the Board as a legal officer, he worked at Hilian Investments (K) Ltd.
MR. JOHN GICHURU
Mr. John Gichuru holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in (Economics and Business Studies- Accounting) from Kenyatta University and He is a certified Public Accountants.He is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration (MBA – Finance Option) at University of Nairobi.He has over 20 years’ experience in finance and has held various positions at the Board as a management trainee and rising through the ranks to his current position. He previously worked at HOMEGROWN (K) LTD as a field accountant.

MR JONES KANYAA
Mr. Kanyaa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science and Technology from the University of Nairobi and a Certificate in Sustainable Agriculture in An Environmental Perspective from Svalof Weibull AB Sweden (SCIDA). He has attended many courses in Management and is a member of the Kenya Institute of Food Science and Technology. He has more than 20 years’ experience working for the Board where he joined as a management trainee and rose to be the Assistant Operations Manager before his current position. He worked as a Government Analyst at the Government Chemist Department before joining the Board.
