Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate Social Responsibility is the root of NCPB’s social activities and programmes of giving back to Community NCPB is involved in the following fields:

Health
mosimage}We care for the wellness of our employees, their families and {surrounding communities, particularly in this age of HIV/AIDS pandemic. NCPB is involved in a number of initiatives for fighting the scourge in various parts of the country. For example, it is a member of the Neighbours Against AIDS, a group enjoining “neighbouring” organisation in the fight against HIV/AIDS among the participating organisations’ employees and surrounding communities.

Sports
Image NCPB has been sponsoring a number of sport teams with a view to identifying and nurturing talent and making youth participate in meaningful activities that dissuade them from engaging in anti-social activities.

ImageIn the above regard, NCPB has been supporting the Cereals Handball, Volleyball and Darts teams, which have been performing impressively in their respective disciplines. The Board also sponsors sports tournament such as the annual Cereals Cup Volleyball tournament that is held in various parts of the country. NCPB has supported numerously the national teams in camp for the All Africa Games and other assignments. 
 
Environment
NCPB encourages a green environment. In this respect, it runs tree nurseries at a number of its station; e.g., Moi’s Bridge where it offers for sale seedlings of both indigenous and exotic trees.

Shows and Exhibitions
